Your Liberal caucus has been hard at work delivering on the commitments we made to you. Here are some recent achievements that matter to Yukoners:
The Peel Watershed Regional Land Use Plan has been signed by all five governments.
A letter of Intent with the Philippines government has been signed. Work will now be done to establish a framework on immigration and employment.
The government is developing an action plan on climate change, energy and the green economy. This plan will help guide government work going forward.
MLAs have participated in 13 Yukon Forum meetings with First Nation Chiefs and Councils.
Liberal caucus members have visited Yukon communities more then 360 times since January 2017. We believe it is important to meet Yukoners in their home communities, to hear directly from them about the issues that matter most.
Regulation changes have increased distracted driving, speeding and unsafe bus passing penalties.
Work is well underway on the new French First Language Secondary School.
