MLA Ted Adel, Ranjit Sarin, and MLA Richard Mostyn at the Vimy Heritage Housing Society AGM
Dear Constituents,
It has been a whirlwind since the election and a steep learning curve for me as your MLA, but it has also been very exciting. You have elected me and my colleagues to bring a new direction to the territory and I want to thank you for your support.
Since taking office we have strengthened our relationships with First Nations and continue to work collaboratively with partners and stakeholders to deliver on our election commitments. The Liberal Caucus is committed to a team approach with evidence-based decision-making at the forefront. Our team has worked very hard over the last few months to prepare a budget that is forward looking, embraces fiscal sustainability and meets the needs of all Yukoners.
As your member in the Legislature, I am always available to hear your ideas and concerns so that I can continue to represent your interests. You’ll see me walking around the neighborhood – don’t be shy to come and say hello.
Early highlights from 2017:
- Meeting with constituents to hear concerns and build relationships.
- Attended the Copper Ridge Neighbourhood Association Annual General Meeting.
- Working with various committees within government to provide support and hear concerns.
