The Public Accounts Committee of the Yukon Legislative Assembly is hosting Public Hearings on two recent reports by the Auditor General of Canada related to Yukon: Government Transfers to Societies (today, June 28) and Capital Asset Management (tomorrow, June 29).
The Auditor General of Canada and senior officials from Yukon government departments will be present in the Legislative Assembly to answer questions about these reports from members of the Public Accounts Committee, including Liberal MLAs Paolo Gallina (Porter Creek Centre), Ted Adel (Copperbelt North), and Don Hutton (Mayo-Tatchun).
These hearings ensure the accountability and transparency of the Yukon government and are open to the public.
